Exchange Policy

All of the products under HERMOSA are authentic and are made under supervision of the manufacturer. Thorough quality check has been taken into consideration before shipping out the products to you but incase of any concerns regarding the same, you can drop us an email at support@hermosaapparel.com and we would be happy to help you. 

RETURN:

You can return your order within 7 days of the date of receipt. We only accept returns if the product is defected or is not as per details provided on the website. You can write to us on support@hermosaapparel.com in case of any such mishaps. The return pick up (if available) will be raised and the refunds will be made once the product reaches our warehouse. Refunds will only be made if the product is unused & returned with all the tags intact.

Disclaimer: Return/Exchange or Refunds are not applicable on accessories items.

REFUND:

Once request for cancellation is approved and/or order returned is received back to the warehouse, refund will be processed to the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7-10 working days. In case the payment is made through "Cash on delivery" option, then the customer will be requested to provide his/her ID proof along with the Bank details, for processing the refund to the respective bank accounts only via NEFT.
