FAQ's

  • WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY A PART OF MY ORDER?

        The reasons why you would have partially received the order are: 

  1.  Your shipment may be done in 2 different parts and the other shipment would still be in transit.

  2.  The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call or email from us informing you of the same. You can then go to the website and select a new item for your order.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

         Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment. Since the system would have already passed the mobile                                 number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. You can email us on info@hermosaapparel.com             to inform about such a situation. We will try our best to get the same resolved if the order is not shipped.

  • HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

You can visit the website www.hermosaapparel.com and go to “My Orders” section. You will also receive email notifications with the status of your order.

  • I PLACED AN ORDER TWICE. HOW CAN I CANCEL ONE ORDER? 

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately – on support@hermosaapparel.com mentioning the subject line as ‘Order cancellation’ along with your Order Id. We will look into the matter and cancel one of your orders. You will get the refund amount via the same payment method you used when placing your order.​

  • I AM UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER. WHAT DO I DO ?

We regret that you had to face this inconvenience. Here are some options: Try using a different browser or device if possible or write to us on support@hermosaapparel.com or call us on +918448283905 and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT(S) FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes, you can apply for exchange of your product(s) if the product is In Stock on our website. You can write to us at support@hermosaapparel.com mentioning the subject line as ‘Exchange’ along with your Order Id. We will look into the matter and replace the product(s)​ if they are In Stock on our website.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can read our Cancellation Policy for the same.

  • DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?

Not yet. However we are working on including International Shipments soon.

  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

  • HOW DO I KNOW ONCE MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from us confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS through WhatsApp confirming the same.

  • DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

    We do not take orders over the phone. You will need to shop online on our website – www.hermosaapparel.com. Our Instagram page @_hermosaapparel_ has a link to the website in the bio for your convenience.

  • I HAVE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER; CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE SAME ORDER?

    Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.

  • HOW ARE THE CONFIRMED ORDERS DELIVERED TO ME?

    Once you confirm the order, the items are shipped through one of our trusted courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistics service providers and we screen them extensively before partnering with them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification through WhatsApp with details of the courier partner and the tracking number. We will also inform you the estimated date of delivery.

  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking, UPI, Wallets, Credit Card or Debit Card.  All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We only accept Prepaid Orders.
